We were very satisfied with our will writing service from Filip at Elliot Mather LLP.
He was friendly and approachable, and spent some time explaining all of our options. We felt very well informed throughout the entire process. I am very glad that we came to Flip, as there were so many considerations which he made us fully aware of, allowing us to make the most informed choices about our wills.

Updating my will

Filip was very helpful in explaining the details I needed to update my will. Unfortunately when doing so one of my grandchildren was omitted from the new will when copying from the original one. I only noticed this when it came to signing the new one, so it all had to be printed again. However Filip was very helpful and brought the new corrected version to me at home. So ;all's well that ends well;

Making a Will is one of the hardest decisions we have to make in life..
After losing a close relative I realised, it's about time I need to sort one, immediately..

From start to finish these solicitors have showed a complete lack of urgency and understanding, it seemed that not only were they not listening to my concerns but that they were not representing me properly but instead seemed worried about upsetting the other parties in my case, instead of arguing my case they seemed to be siding with the opposite side in fear of upsetting them, they have no backbone and didn't represent has they should of done I think I could have done a better job myself.

First I'd like to say it is a very professional firm, the person delt with my matter is patient and responsible.

However, I didn't give 5 stars due to a common things in the legal industry, which is not very designated to individual situations.

I got a very nice report with a few recommendations and options; however, about 50% of them are irrelevant to my case. Legally they are good options, but in the real business situation I dealt with, those options will not work or are unsuitable for my needs.

So eventually, I feel happy to receive good support, but on the other hand, I also thought I spent too much unnecessary time and spend.

This message probably is not only for your firm, as I felt it is an industry problem, but I hope you become the first few who can start tailoring your service and skills to each individual.
