House Purchase
Overall I was more than satisfied with the service I received. The only point I would make is I would of appreciated a little more personal service. Other than a mix up on my part downloading something so rang to double check, I haven't spoken to a single person. All emails were responded to and the whole process went smoothly, but buying a house is a big, nervous, sometimes scarey process for the buyer and a quick 30sec phone call to explain things would of made things a little less so, not just a somewhat colder email.

Excellent, smooth service
I used Ellion Maher LLP for conveyancing (I was the seller of a property) and they made everything really smooth and easy for me. Their requests and documentation were very clear and Carmen was always courteous and as helpful as possible. My best experience with solicitors doing conveyancing and this counts as my third time doing a similar process.

Carmen was fantastic from start to finish. No question was ever too much of a problem for her, and we would receive regular updates throughout the process of moving house. I would definitely recommend her to others

High standard!
Carmen @ Elliot Mather LLP was both supportive and informative in our initial contact with the firm and presented our options clearly, they didn't rush us whilst we were deciding what was best.
Once we had decided they were very efficient and clear along the whole process and very quick responses.

Brilliant service
We have used Elliott Mathers for 2 hours purchases and one house sale and both times have been so happy with their service. First Time Buyer!
As first time buyers we were unsure of the process and how everything worked, Carmen was absolutely fantastic throughout the whole process. Carmen kept us up to date frequently and was always very very efficient at responding to any queries/emails. I really can’t recommend Carmen enough. Professional and Timely
Carmen was brilliant. The moment she was involved I felt much more at ease. Buying a house can be very stressful but each communication we received from Carmen was professional and precise, my partner and I were in capable hands. Carmen was thorough with her paperwork and communication with the seller's solicitor. Any questions I asked, were answered promptly and clearly.
