Extremely easy to deal with Phillip and his team.
The advice given was accurate and understandable. Everything was done on time with minimal input from ourselves.
On the few occasions we needed to contact Phillip he responded very quickly and had the answer immediately to hand.
He spotted a potential issue with power to an outbuilding that we had missed and got it sorted out.
The whole process was hassle free, quick and efficient.

the process of buying and selling an house has been made easy due to the work Phillip and his team has put into our house purchase and selling of our existing property.
Phillip was extremely quick in responding to any query I had and everything advanced quickly and trouble free

This was a great experience as a first time buyer that was made so much easier thanks to the help and guidance of Megan and team. They were clear communicators throughout and kept us up to date on all happenstance leaving us with no worries about what was happening on their end and this left us with a greatly positive experience.
They were honest, professional and friendly throughout the process that left us at ease and comfortable to progress things on our end stress free.
Megan and team were both timely and informative with all of our queries throughout the process which allowed us to take the correct actions in a timely manner ourselves.
Overall, it's been a pleasure to work with Megan and couldn't have asked for a better first time buyers experience. Thank you.

We were first time buyers with no chain and the sellers also had no chain. It should have been a fairly smooth transaction but it took almost 6 months to complete. We watched with growing frustration as other people around us purchased houses moved in months before us. Apart from a delay due to probate I would attribute most of the delays to Elliot Mathers poor handling and organisation.They are unprofessional, dishonest and arrogant at times. Multiple times myself and our estate agent caught them out with conflicting stories on why things were taking so long. The draft contract sat in their inbox for 3 weeks until we realised that the only way to get any action was to repeatedly phone and hassle them every week. Their communication skills are awful and many times I was told I would get a call back or an email and never did. They also had an email account from which they sent emails but claimed the inbox was full so if you reply, it won't get read. This was proven to be true multiple times as both our estate agent and the sellers solicitor had issues contacting them as well as myself. Three times I had to send proof of funds. The first time I sent it via email to which they did not respond. Then I sent it by post as a signed delivery only to be told they had not received it. I sent it a third time by email before they acknowledged it. I appreciate that times are very busy and they are managing many accounts but it does not excuse poor customer service or bad attitudes. They missed 2 completion dates that were set and as first time buyers it made us very anxious and fearful that the sale might fall through. Elliot Mather did nothing to put our minds at ease and never apologised or admitted any fails on their part even when challenged with evidence. If this was a chain I have no doubt it would have collapsed and I feel bad for anyone who might be renting and have specific dates they need to work to. These people are unreliable and unprofessional and most likely you would end up extending your rental contract and being out of pocket. Buying your first home is supposed to be an exciting time but for us it became so stressful it took away from our joy because of how badly it has been handled. I am surprised we made it to completion.

We had excellent service from Chloe and Jayde when buying our first property! I mithered them to death throughout the process but they remained polite and professional and were so much quicker and efficient than the vendors solicitors! Thanks again 👍
