Leah is a Conveyancing Executive who joined our Residential team in Chesterfield in July 2019. Although she is based at our Chesterfield office, she has the ability to provide conveyancing services to clients locally, regionally and even nationally. With over 15 years’ experience working in conveyancing, she advises clients on a range of residential matters, including: Freehold and Leasehold Unregistered and Registered Purchase and Sales of houses and flats Newbuild properties Shared ownership including stair casing Re-mortgages Transfers of Equity Equity release transactions Leah appreciates that each matter varies in their nature and takes the time to understand clients’ needs in order to provide an expert service.
