We also had a tight deadline of under 3 months to complete our purchase, as our mortgage agreement was due to expire but the team worked quickly and efficiently to help make this possible, keeping things moving and doing everything they could to progress the transaction within the timeframe. Joni and her team are exactly what you’re looking for if you want a stress free transaction. We had a very difficult situation during our purchase but Joni’s team made it so much easier. They constantly kept us updated, replying to emails within 24hrs and more than happy to have a call to explain complex issues. I really enjoyed that they share a running document of all the enquires and responses that are colour coded so you know what’s resolved, what’s awaiting a response or what action we need to take. They provided us with clear and sensible advice every step of the way. We honestly wouldn’t have been able to get through our transaction if it wasn’t for Joni and her team, so I am extremely grateful for them and cannot recommend them enough.
