Excellent Advise From Start to Finish

I initially reached out to Jared McNally after a delicate issue with a previous employer became too complex for my union rep to handle. Many solicitor firms that I contacted didn’t want to deal with the sale of my apartment due to it being leasehold and subject to the Building Safety Act. I luckily found Clifford Johnston & Co Limited and instructed them after they provided me with a fair quote.

I was pleased with the service I received and all emails were answered in a timely manner. The final fee I paid also matched the initial quote, so nothing was hidden and everything was explained upfront.

On a recommendation I was able to acquire Lina-Tsui-Cheung of Clifford Johnstone to represent myself after being charged with quite a serious offence .

Luckily for me , Lina’s many years experience in a courtroom environment was obvious and apparent, having been a Crown Prosecutor for 15 years and now a Criminal Solicitor for the past xx years.

Lina is approachable, very smart, and a lovely lady.

Lina, although small in stature punches like a heavyweight. on the day she impressed both myself and my friends, going on too procure a positive outcome, an acquittal.

Jared was everything you want in a solicitor. Professional, knowledgeable, reassuring and realistic, approachable and with great timely communication.

He was great for the gathering of documents and statements. He pulled it all together into a professional, concise and laser-focused document that got exactly the result we needed.

Costs were completely transparent from the start, which was reassuring, and a set figure meant I didn't need to worry about sending a follow up email. Jared replied at all times too, meaning I didn't have long waits to get help or answers (take a holiday, Jared!).

I can't recommend Jared and by extension Clifford Johnston enough.

Jared is simply fantastic. He was very professional, would answer questions I had without issue and would respond even out of hours when I got an auto responder that he wasn't available. Jared put in 100% effort and I got a result that I'm more than happy with, it felt like nothing was too small for him to be willing to take on.

He recommend a barrister who was equally as brilliant and even he commented on how much work Jared had put in to make his job easier.
