I cannot recommend Naila Kosar highly enough. She was absolutely exceptional throughout the entire application process. In the week leading up to submitting my application, Naila was on Zoom with me almost every single day, patiently going through every part of the application in detail. She carefully reviewed my statements, checked all the supporting documents, and made sure everything was accurate, complete and presented correctly before submission. What impressed me most was her dedication and attention to detail. We recently sold our flat and bought a house, and used Clifford as our solicitors. We had a really positive experience throughout. Our soliciotr, David, was incredibly responsive and probably the fastest person we’ve ever dealt with when it came to replying to emails! Our sale dragged on for quite a while, and at times it was really important to get through enquiries quickly. David managed to work through a huge number of enquiries in no time at all, which made a stressful process much easier. Enquired about a case 2.5 weeks ago, had to chase back 3 times until finally on the third time I received a call back by the trainee solicitor who mentioned money as the first thing to throw me off like it was an issue and basically explained how we don't take driving cases but however previously they have tried to take on my driving case. More important the tone/ mannerism of the short phone call I had was in a way that they didn't want to engage with me and can't wait to get on with their day.
