    5* Experience with Clifford Johnston & Co

    David was extremely supportive throughout our house purchase. He was responsive to emails and where we had used other solicitors previously and relied on us chasing them, we didn’t have to do this once - David was very clear what was needed and supported back and forth with the sellers solicitor. I would definitely recommend and will use for any future purchase.

    Stress free sale

    I sold my property just before heading off to Spain for four weeks, so timing was quite tight. David was incredibly helpful and accommodating—he sent over all the documents I needed within a few hours so I could print and make sure I had everything before I left, which really put my mind at ease. Most of the process was handled smoothly via email, but on the few occasions that I needed to call, David was always easy to get hold of and happy to help. The whole sale went through without any issues, which made what can often be a stressful process feel very straightforward. I’d also contacted and compared the costs of five different solicitors beforehand. Although their initial conveyancing fee was the highest, there were very few add-ons compared to others, so they actually ended up being the second cheapest overall. Even better, the final cost was exactly what I’d been quoted—no surprises. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend David and would happily use him again.
