Review of Clifford Johnston services on sale of Property
David was brilliant throughout the process of the sale of my flat. He was extremely helpful and replied very quickly to my queries. There were no delays at all and David helped to explain the process in simple terminology.
The whole process was made easy with excellent communication throughout.

I cannot recommend David Oldham enough for conveyancing. His understanding of the process is outstanding, his communications are clear and concise and he puts you at ease by proactively managing what could otherwise be a challenging process. Highly recommended!
David is an excellent Solicitor. We purchased the freehold on our property, sold our property and purchased a new property. He tied all parts of this superbly. He works effectively to meet deadlines quickly. His communication with us was exemplary and responded to queries very quickly. He gave excellent guidance on legal issues. Superb service
We had brilliant service from David at Clifford Johnston when selling our old house and buying a new one. He was very thorough in looking into any potential issues with the purchase of our property and provided clear options for the best path forward when unexpected details about the house came out.
He was very quick to respond to our emails and calls and we felt looked after throughout the whole process. Moving house is an inherently confusing and stressful time but communication was clear throughout, which enabled us to proceed with confidence. I would recommend David and Clifford Johnstone to anyone trying to buy/sell property.

Great
I had a great experience with David during the process of buying my first home. David responded to emails fast, answered questions and queries clearly, and was happy to help in any way he could. This was hugely appreciated during this stressful process, I only wish the estate agents I dealt with were as responsive as David!
