    Natasha was communicative, diligent and helpful throughout our house sale and house purchase. She preserved when other professionals were not forthcoming and her hard work ensured we had a smooth, successful and speedy process.     Amazing experience with Natasha!

    WOW! Natasha is literally the best solicitor. Super kind, responsive, and easy to get a hold of. She also took the time to explain things to us as it was the first time we sold a house and we needed a bit of extra help.     Flat sale April 2026

    The flat sale was completed in approximately three months. Everyone I met at the company were friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Natasha answered all my questions quickly and accurately, was always available to meet up for face to face discussions and dealt with matters arising from the buyers solicitors very efficiently and always to my benefit. I felt very well looked after through a process that I was not familiar with and would recommend Natasha Speed without hesitation.

    RTB purchase

    Natasha was really responsive and was always available for a quick call when I need clarification which made more sense over a call than on email. She was very clear and made sure I understood everything in the process as it was my first experience with purchasing a property. I was very appreciative when Natasha pushed back on some fees provided by the seller solicitors :) Would highly recommend her to anyone going through a house purchase!
