I can't recommend David Oldham highly enough. David was consistently responsive, clear and concise in correspondence, providing clear and pragmatic advice, adding greater transparency and clarity to a very complicated process. We didn't have to chase him once which I think is unheard of among conveyancing solicitors. We are immensely grateful to David for his professionalism and care managing our purchase and sale. Pleasure going through the process with Lucy

This is our 3rd house and each house up to now we have really struggled with our solicitor and it’s always a horrible process. We were given Lucy’s details from a local solicitor and I cannot stress the difference in the process. Lucy has communicated with us throughout, I’ve not struggled once to make contact with Lucy, and always felt like we were being prioritised. Cannot recommend enough and should we need anything else will only be using Lucy and the team moving forward. Thank you so much!
