Chain house sale and purchase
We have dealt with Clifford Johnston before when we purchased our house. Horup dealt with that and due to the great service and seamless transaction, we decided to return for a sale and purchase. Again, we had Horup and other solicitors dealing with the transactions.
Though we had challenges, these were handled extremely well. We were always well informed and the communication was great. We enlisted a date for everything to be completed and it was done on time. Great service and a great experience.

House purchase - first time buyer
I used Clifford Johnston & Co for my recent house purchase. As a first time buyer, it can be quite daunting to go through the conveyancing process - especially when you hear/read horror stories - but I am glad I went with Clifford Johnston & Co. Horup handled my cases professionally from start to finish. Whilst the first purchase collapsed, it was because of Horup's due diligence that spotted the potential legal issue, and was pleased it was spotted where others failed to address it previously. The second attempt was much more successful and of course, I had no hesitation to use Clifford Johnston again and Horup helped me to successfully buy my first home. My emails to him were always quickly responded to, even during the extremely busy periods (i.e. the April 2025 Stamp Duty rise).
I wouldn't hesitate to use Clifford Johnston & Co and Horup Khan again. Thanks Horup!

Really efficient and helpful service received

Rare superb service
I have used various solicitors over the years - large and small. House purchase

House purchase
Absolute love horup He’s very professional courteous and efficient every time We called within hours he was back with a reply if not straight away this is my second completion with this firm and I will always recommend when I’m trying to sell and buy any of us. I won’t be going anywhere else absolute five star service and made us feel like VIPs.
