House conveyancing
I was extremely satisfied with the house conveyancing conducted on my behalf. All information has been provided in a timely fashion with sound advice. Clifford Johnston steered the process very efficiently despite the most recent transaction being somewhat frustrated by issues with the chain.
The reason that I only award 4 stars is that I also used a solicitor at Clifford Johnston for a lasting POA, but I found communication was not as good as I would have expected it to be

Great Service
I've sold numerous properties using Clifford Johnson & Co Solicitors. I usually deal with Horup Khan. House buying and selling can be stressful, so its important to have a good legal team on your side sorting out all your conveyancing. Efficient and minimal stress
Horup worked with me through my flat sale. He was always very quick to get back to my emails and concerns and was also very efficient with getting things sorted with the buyers solicitors. I would definitely recommend working with him.

Assignment of lease
I needed a solicitor urgently as my solicitor of 30 years passed away suddenly and Mr Khan could not have been more helpful and professional. An excellent firm. Would highly recommend.

Purchasing a property
I was recommended Clifford Johnston & Co by my mortgage broker to act on my behalf for the purchase of a property, specifically one of their assistant solicitors H.Khan.
As a first time buyer I had many questions regarding the entire process and required careful guidance with regards to buying a property, H.Khan was always easy to reach and took the time to ensure I was always kept informed and clearly resolved all enquiries I made. All advice provided was clear, the firm as a whole always acted professionally and H.Khan's display of legal knowledge was crucial in ensuring the purchase was completed fully without the potential for future complications.
Liaising with Clifford Johnston & Co was simple and helped to relieve some of the stress related to (what can often be) a complicated procedure, I would definitely consider using their services again in the future.
