Pleasure going through the process with Lucy
This is our 3rd house and each house up to now we have really struggled with our solicitor and it’s always a horrible process. We were given Lucy’s details from a local solicitor and I cannot stress the difference in the process. Lucy has communicated with us throughout, I’ve not struggled once to make contact with Lucy, and always felt like we were being prioritised. Cannot recommend enough and should we need anything else will only be using Lucy and the team moving forward. Thank you so much!

Personable and professional
Handled our flat purchase very efficiently. Lucy was also very responsive to questions and requests coming back very quickly. On one occasion when not even officially working (on her way to the supermarket!). I would not hesitate to use again should the need arise.

Property sale
Excellent conveyancing by Lucy Smith. She's a very friendly person, gave us great advice, explained everything carefully and dealt with the conveyancing side of our property sale very efficiently. Sale was completed within 2 months. If you're looking for a local firm in South Manchester with real people to talk to if needed at any point (on the phone or in person), we can highly recommend their service.
