    Conveyancing property sale

    I had an inherited property to sell and had the pleasure of Chris transacting and completing my sale. The whole process from start to finish was exemplar, a professional and first class service. Great value for money, expert legal advice,excellent and quick communication all around. The sale process faltered a couple of times prior to the eventual sale, due to the proposed buyers chain collapsing, Chris was brilliant through this period, patient, tenacious, while have to restart with three differing law firms. Proactively navigating to a final conclusion with a refreshing and clear advice. Chris is pragmatic, professional and approachable and an asset to Clifford Johnson. I would highly recommend for all legal work.

    Conveyancer for house purchase

    Right from the start Clifford Johnston were super efficient and proactive, with a no-nonsense, get it done attitude. Throughout the transaction Chris was very quick to reply to messages and enquiries, often within minutes. During a period while Chris was away, the file was handled by Colin who was just as efficient. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend and to use them again in future.

    Responsive and efficient

    Chris recently acted for me on the sale of a property and I was extremely impressed throughout. Communication was excellent, advice was practical and straightforward, and he always kept things moving when other parties seemed determined to create delays.     If I could give more the 5 stars I would! I have recently completed the sale on my first home and Chris was amazing! It was a long sale with a few issues along the way but Chris dealt with them quickly and kept me updated and was very patient with all the questions I had! He worked hard to make sure I didn’t miss my mortgage cut off date and we made it on time! I will definitely look to use Clifford Johnston again!
