We will be forever grateful to Helen Johnson, Rebecca Barrowcliffe and Olivia Peck for their dedication and competence in dealing with our case. They were with us every step of the way at our time of need. Their abilities shone through from the outset and we were instantly put at ease knowing we were in such capable hands. Even If we sent them emails late at night or on a weekend we would get a pretty much instant reply, fabulous communication which is so important when you are sat worrying about something. We have had many meetings throughout our case and nothing was ever too much trouble for these solicitors , we were never rushed and even when we had numerous questions they always took the time to explain everything in detail and in a way we understood . It was so reassuring that they so quickly got to grips with our case and knew the ins and outs of everything as well as we did. We have never met such friendly, approachable and down to earth solicitors as at Johnson Astills , everyone we had dealings with were so professional and ‘human’. It was so reassuring to have such talented and dedicated solicitors supporting us throughout our case and guiding us through the legal system. They made the whole experience so much easier to deal with. We never ever imagined we would be in the situation we found ourselves in , being falsely accused of something but with the assistance of Helen, Rebecca and Olivia we got the right outcome and their professionalism and competence in court was so comforting - something we will be eternally grateful to them all for assisting us with. Thanks to Helen Rebecca and Olivia we can now get back to enjoying our lives and our future together as a family.
