Overall I found that both buying and selling a property through TML was a good experience. My fee earner Janki was brilliant. During the purchase of my new house ger communication was prompt and regular and she kept me informed along the way. My only criticism is that I have been reading the report she sent me as part of the paperwork of the sale and purchase and I received this after completion but it contains information I would have very much appreciated BEFORE then. It had detailed sections on key collection and other things that I had to keep asking Janki about because having never bought and sold a property I didn't know how it worked. These documents would have cleared that up and yet somehow they sent it to me exactly when I no longer required it. That is the only thing preventing a 5 star review. Otherwise I was very satisfied.

Good service provided by TML. My conveyancing process did require frequent chasing up to ensure it was in hand. I would recommend checking the fees payable legally as there were changes towards the end of process which was not communicated in the first instance. Though, in result, the purchase went through after much await.

TML Solicitors where recommended to me for the sale of my house and as their fee's for their services where the most competitive I was quoted I instructed them to act on my behalf. The service they provided was excellent with prompt communication from Chantelle throughout the process. Highly recommended.
