Satisfaction survey
Very satisfied with the service from TML. I used them for selling my house. Made it so easy and the transition was very good. Would definitely recommend them. Will be using them again when I move house

poor communication
In our experience, it was really difficult to get hold of our conveyancer but administrator lady Savannah was very helpful and the only person we could get hold of when we rang them. Eventually, we made a change on the property we would like to purchase and obviously didn't choose TML again for our purchase. Our recommendation to TML would be try to be more communicative, keep the client more updated on the process and progression. Purchasing a house is a major event itself for many people and worrying about the lawyers and trying to get updates from "our" lawyers shouldn't be a struggle.

House Sale
Chantelle and her colleague Savannah were excellent solicitors in relation to the recent sale of my property. They were very responsive within the constraints of managing, i imagine, many casefiles. They were also very accurate and supportive. Unfortunately the same couldn't be said for the buyers solicitors, and this put delays into the process, which i'm sure made this casefile frustrating for Chantelle as there is only so much she could do on my behalf. Great service and if i sell or buy another property in the future i would definitely use Chantelle/Savannah (TML solicitors). Thanks.
