Misha and Dee did a fantastic job getting the sale of my property over the line. Their persistence and professionalism paid off in the end as the desired result was achieved. Based on my experience, I would thoroughly recommend this firm for your conveyancing needs.
Seemingly unable to work out how much the net mortgage proceeds were from our mortgage lender and unable to provide an accurate completion statement then chase us for the mortgage fee that had been deducted by the mortgage company from the mortgage amount. They neglected to find out from the mortgage company prior to completion. Totally clueless and inept.

I highly recommend Connor and Elif. Communication from start to finish was fantasic, I never had to chase for a response from them, they provided advice when needed and made the sale and purchase of our properties a smooth and stress free experience. We completed in completed in 6 weeks.
My husband and I were impressed with Michael Hill Solicitors throughout the process of selling and buying a house. Connor and Elif handled our case really well and were very responsive to our communications. We felt they were very thorough and we trusted their recommendations and advice. We also really appreciated them being proactive with other people in the chain, e.g. solicitors, estate agents and vendors, when we were awaiting answers or trying to arrange additional house visits. 3 weeks and I cannot get in touch with anyone at your offices for an update on the sale of my property! No one picks up emails and cannot leave messages as message box full. I would not recommend your services.
