Superb service. Modest cost.
Our transaction was long-winded and not Straightforward. We were kept up to date at all times. Everything was handled quickly and efficiently. Sanjeve’s advice was practical and sensible. The cost was very reasonable. All-round a good experience. I would highly recommend Sills & Betteridge.

Great and thorough service
Sanjeve and Lucy were excellent. Our sale and onward purchase was not at all straight forward. But Sanjeve in particular remained patient and flexible to our needs. The communication was fabulous from day one to completion, I actually cannot find any fault. Thank you so much for getting us over the line and getting us into our new home!

Good value for money & very helpful
Despite the fee for the sale of my property being a fixed price, my solicitor undertook significant work in a sale which proved to be quite difficult - with the situation changing over time. I was kept very well informed, and the process was stress free for me

Conveyancing for first time buyer
As a first time buyer I did not know much about the process of buying or the steps involved.
Throughout Sanjeve was very helpful and helped me to understand what I needed to do. He was also quick to answer my questions or chat on the phone.
Overall, it was a very smooth process!
