      We cannot recommend Jack and Jayne highly enough. From start to finish, their communication was first class, and they genuinely went the extra mile to keep our sale moving forward. Jack really got involved when things became difficult, taking a proactive approach and didn't hesitate to push things forward when necessary to get things moving. Both Jack and Jayne worked incredibly efficiently as a team, kept us informed throughout, and always made us feel that our sale was being actively managed.       Rachel was very efficient throughout, we had excellent communication and she made a difficult sale more bearable (buyers solicitor was very slow). Really glad we went with Crane & Walton.

      Brilliant, Efficient and Friendly

      Due to family circumstances I have just completed my second house sale within 6 months, both were dealt with by Jack Sharples. Contracts for the first property were exchanged quickly and the second property completed last week was within 6 weeks. I was kept informed every step of the way for each and I never felt that I couldn’t contact either Jack or Jayne if I had any queries or worries.
