Very Satisfied
The solicitor we were assigned from the start was not very proactive and I felt I had to push for updates however they left part way through the sale of my property and I cannot fault Natasha who took over my case.
She called to introduce herself and was very informative a credit to the company

Excellent service
My selling conveyancing started with an online solicitor. I was advised to use them by the estate agent. They were not proactive at all. I was really struggling with them, and decided to find a local business myself. Best decision I ever made. Natasha was so helpful and I never had to worry that things weren’t being attended to. My buyers solicitors were not the best and seemed 3 weeks behind Natasha all the way through the process. If she said she was doing something, she did it immediately. I never had to chase for anything. That is a rare thing these days. I tell everyone to use Josiah Hincks.

From start to finish Natasha was fantastic. She kept in touch on a regular basis and updated me on every situation as and when it occurred.
