When we arrived for our appointment, the receptionist was very welcoming and explained what paperwork was needed. The waiting room was bright,clean, and spacious, which is really helpful when you have mobility issues. The solicitor that we had the appointment with was very professional and made us feel at ease. Everything was explained to us in a way that we understood. This made the experience easier and not so daunting.I would definitely recommend it to family and friends .

Boundary Planning Issue
A planning application had been submitted using incorrect OS Mapping and encroaching our legal boundary. Your solicitor was very helpful in confirming the action we had taken so far and she gave us useful advice on what action to take should any further problems arise. This was very reassuring. We were very grateful for the free advice clinic and wouldn’t hesitate to use your firm for any other needs.
