Mark graduated from Bristol University in 1983, and completed his Law Society Finals at Bristol Polytechnic in 1984. He joined a large Leicester firm in 1984, where he became a partner. He remained there until 2005, then he left to establish GS Solicitors in Hinckley. GS has now been incorporated into the Josiah Hincks family, where he remains as a full time consultant. Until recently he also sat as a fee paid judge in the Social Entitlement Chamber Mark specialise in all areas of Commercial Property – sales, purchases, developer and landowner option agreements, overage arrangements, commercial leases, secured lending. He also undertakes business sales and purchases. He has a large portfolio of corporate clients and recent transactions which includes the sales of multi million pound manufacturing and high street businesses, and also the refinancing of multi property (50+) borrowing.
