Completed a purchase faster than I expected

This is the second time I use this solicitor firm. In the first purchase, the firm found out there is outstanding complaints against the premises which would cost me a lot to rectify it. Thanks to the discovery, I abandoned the purchase.
In the recent purchase, Arjan provided a professional service and completed the pruchase in 4 months, thanks a lot !

Gordon Brooks LTD will be using and recommending ESN for the foreseeable future. We have now worked with Monique and her team on several deals directly and indirectly. The feedback from our clients has always been positive and in our personal experience, not only are the team knowledgeable and professional... But also just easy to speak to and communicate with. No long drawn out response times and having to constantly chase for simple things, which can be a norm in this industry.
