After almost a year with a different solicitor trying to purchase our shared ownership property, we eventually switched to SDL due to issues with the other firm and their stance on land registry issues.
Shared Direction took on our case and were brilliant from the start. Communication was great and they always responded within (at most) around 48 hours to any queries we had.
We had a couple of minor hiccups at the final hurdle and had to push our completion date back by a few days, but again, everyone was really helpful and communicated what was happening and managed to get everything completed really quickly - we signed up with them in December and completed in March after nearly a year of hassle and stress!
Really pleased with the service we received and SDL made what had been an extremely stressful situation so much easier and smoother and just got on with the job!
Would definitely recommend and would use them again.

Well after having issues with another solicitors and missing our deadline completion we were advised to give shared direction a try.
They managed to get the job done in six weeks. Something the other solicitors couldn’t do in six months.
So we are now happy home owners thanks to shared direction.

The first steps in requesting and providing evidence were easy and clear. There was then very little communication or updates but this greatly improved when I asked for more information and my case was taken on by another member of staff.
