I cannot thank both Tara Cain and Clare Matson enough for all of their efforts in completing the purchase of our first home.

The communication throughout the sale from both Tara and Clare has been impeccable.

I felt as though they were both kind, knowledgable and approachable and I could ask them anything. Whenever I did have any questions they both responded immediately going above and beyond.

I felt as though I kept waiting for the “stressful” part of buying a house. However, Tara and Clare both took on all of the pressure and hard work. Me and my partner Harvey are both thrilled with the service we have received with MSB and would like to personally thank Tara and Clare.

I contacted Msb with regards to a tenancy deposit issue. Phillips advice given was reassuring in my case with an honest appraisal of the situation but also getting them involved was only going to cost me more money in the long run. Its nice to find a group of solicitors who actually act in someone's interest and not for financial gain. This attitude to customer relations mean i will not hesitate to use again or recommend Msb.
