Very reasonably priced. Methodical but very slow service. My purchase took 5 months to completion. Quite difficult to contact, didn’t always reply to messages or telephone calls, which was a shame as when I did speak to my Solictor he was very polite and friendly.

Honestly I fully regret using this company - I feel they made the house selling process so much harder because of how slow they were in dealing with everything. 💯 do not recommend

I found pm property lawyers friendly and easy to contact. They dealt with both the sale and purchase and worked to get both cases completed on the same day. I spoke mostly to Molly Lancaster who was helpful and straightforward. I found it was best to follow up emails with a phone call and there can be a wait, I did however get the information and updates I needed.

I had two teams working on my sale and purchase. These were Team Morris and Team Cutts respectively.

I truly felt as though my best interests were central to both teams' actions, following up or catching on items that may have otherwise gone astray. It did take time to complete the sale, but it wasn't a simple transaction. I thought communication between teams could have been better, but overall it worked well. Donna was meticulous and provided great communication. Christopher I didn't speak to as much, mostly "Hannah" from his team who was friendly. Most of all, I could trust that things were happening, but towards the latter stages of the sale & purchase, I had to chase for updates more from Team Morris.
