Excellent service
From start to finish fast efficient and made the sale go through effortlessly. I was dubious at first dealing with solicitors online but I cannot fault the company easier than using local solicitors

House sale
A couple of slight issues with my experience. I felt at times both me and the estate agent were pushing for updates. And at 1515 on the afternoon before the sale was to complete they were asking for a document which could have delayed the deal. Surely that could have been flagged up earlier.

Pleased overall
It's easy to blame the solicitors when things are not moving the way you want them to. In honesty there were times that I was not happy however overall they were professional and did whatever they needed to do on their part efficiently. They are approachable and contactable. Answers are only a phone call or email away... I would and do recommend them. Chris was very professional and took time out of his busy schedule to give me a call and explain things in depth that I was unsure of.

Not great
After being recommended to me my experience was painfully slow, emails not returned, their questions asked twice, the pmpl app "my case" wasn't set up for me until after halfway through the process.
