I instructed PM Property Law on purchase of my property and they were faultless. I was initially hesitant due to some negative reviews on here, but decided to give it a go anyway.
Not only were they much cheaper than everywhere else I looked, all communication was immediate and faultless. The whole buying process was completely smooth.

Very good, easy to contact and pleasant staff
Professional, friendly and responded in a timely manner. Good value for money and communicated well by email. Sometimes it is difficult to understand requirements and documents with plentiful emails exchanging so perhaps the odd courtesy call with an explanation would help further but very happy with the legal service overall and excellent value for money. Thank you.

Great experience when buying my first home
As a first time buyer my experience has been good, everyone I’ve spoken to has been extremely helpful when answering my questions. Emails were a little slow but they always responded within a few days, I will definitely be recommending this company

Good solicitors.
I was very happy in the way the solicitors had dealt with my case, after trying to make contact with other solicitors and they just let me down. And PM solicitors, was Spot on and had a good rates of pay. And was very quick and professional.

House Purchase
Excellent service, everything ran very smoothly. The only reason I have graded a 4 rather than a 5 was the time and energy spent regarding Source of Funds checks which was at the time quite frustrating.
