Overview of team leader features

As part of your ReviewSolicitors membership, law firms now have the ability to allocate individual solicitors to specific teams and promote one or more solicitors to the position of ‘team leader’. This means that you could have, for instance, conveyancing, litigation and personal injury teams.

The ‘leader' of each team benefits from an account with increased access enabling them to monitor and receive reporting specific to their team.

A team leader is the title we have allocated, but it encompasses positions such as team manager, head of department, partner, etc.

As a team leader, you are able to log into your ReviewSolicitors account and see all of the individuals who currently work in your team. You can be notified every time a member of your team receives a new review and also respond to any review left for you or one of your team.

Team leaders have access to additional reporting which allows you to download statistics on the performance of each member of your team and the team as a whole. These reports summarise how many reviews have been collected, the average rating and common terms clients are using to describe the service provided.
