SRA Pilot: first look at the ReviewSolicitors video

ReviewSolicitors is the UK’s largest legal-specific review platform with over 4.5 million visitors to the site each year and we have over 1800 firms already actively collecting reviews with us.

We have been invited by the SRA to take part in its official pilot study for reviews, which aims to help firms such as yours understand how online reviews operate within the legal market, and how they are an integral part in helping clients to find, compare, and then instruct legal services. 

As part of the rationale outlined for the study, the SRA states “we are exploring approaches that can lead to increased numbers of law firm clients leaving feedback online about their experiences, and numbers of potential clients who use customer reviews to help them select a legal service provider."

Legal consumers are becoming even more inclined to report their experiences with law firms online, and prospective clients are turning straight to the internet to make their initial searches.
