Review summary

POST/api/v2/reviews/summary

Returns headline stats for your firm’s published reviews: totals, averages, satisfaction and recommendation rates, and the star distribution. Narrow it to one professional, or to reviews from the last few days.

Body parameters

The body is optional. Send none to get stats for your whole firm across all time.

`days`	`number`	Optional	Only count reviews submitted in the last this many days. Omit for all time.
`professionalRegulatorId`	`string`	Optional	The regulator ID of a professional in your firm. Returns their stats instead of the firm’s.

Response fields

Only published reviews are counted.

Field	Type	Description
`totalReviews`	`number`	How many published reviews are counted.
`averageRating`	`number`	The average star rating, from 1 to 5.
`satisfiedPercentage`	`number`	The share of reviewers who answered yes to ‘Were you satisfied with our service?’, from 0 to 100.
`recommendedPercentage`	`number`	The share of reviewers who would recommend the firm, from 0 to 100.
`valueForMoneyPercentage`	`number`	The average value for money score, as a percentage from 0 to 100.
`stats`	`object`	The average score for each rating category, from 1 to 5. Where a reviewer skipped a category, their overall rating is used.
`reviewCounts`	`object`	How many reviews gave each star rating: `oneStars` to `fiveStars`.

All values are rounded to two decimal places.
