James Hammersley was able to deal quickly and efficiently with late mothers grant of probate. Simone Bayly and her Conveyancing team were able to retain a sense of humour dispite the various delays and ineptitudes from our buyer and her solicitors whilst keeping their feet to the fire. Both the Grant of Probate and Conveyancing were completed as per Frettens original quotes. Which in the case of the Conveyancing is saying something considering all the extra time and effort involved. Well done- Frettens. Would use again and would thoroughly recommend.

As an Executor there is only so much you know about the property being sold . I was confident to answer ‘don’t know’ to some of the questions after clear advice given to me .
