We have been helped by Simone who took over our house move from her colleague when she was off ill and took it all the way to completion. I cannot express how smooth the process has been, how she always picked up the phone when we needed, how promptly she replied to our many email queries, always so nice and understanding. Moving home is a hard process, but Simone made things so easy for us, and despite the frustrations with different 'blocks' we came across in the process, she always followed up for us and kept us updated at all times. Thank you Simone!
