Help is at hand here

We needed to write our will and had thought that this was going to be an ordeal, a heavy time with loads of legal jargon. We need not have worried, our solicitors at Frettens made it all clear and understandable, made a nice atmosphere and we felt uplifted.

Thank you

I instructed Miss Heather Varley to write the will for me and was very happy with her service. The staff were transparent with the fee. I found her straightforward, efficient, professional, friendly and considerate. I appreciated that she sent my will by post and not by email to take into consideration data privacy concerns. I would recommend her to anyone who wants to write a will.

Will Writing & Inheritance Tax Guidance

It's important to be aware of the options to reduce inheritance tax at any time but particularly at the time of making a will. The cost of professional guidance is very low in comparison to how much inheritance tax can cost if we are not aware of how to avoid paying much more than we need to. In our view, this guidance is important and we can thoroughly recommend Lee Young and the team at Frettens who we rate very highly.

About this branch

Description

Our bright team are not only experts in their field, but excellent communicators with a positive, can-do approach to helping clients. The team use plain English and don’t hide behind unnecessarily complex ‘legalese’. As a client, you will always have your lawyer's name, email, and direct contact number for ease of access. Your first meeting with us is always free. People shouldn’t be put off seeking legal advice for fear of being charged to be told they don’t have a case.
