She then progressed to mainstream sales and purchases but specialised in shared ownership transactions. I instructed Frettens for the sale of my previous property and the purchase of my new home. It was a long and time consuming process due to the chain involved, but Tahnee and Cheryl were helpful and knowledgeable throughout and made the whole process less daunting. Highly recommend!

Was very good service and prompt responses. I have enormous amount of greif and stress to deal with so smooth running helped a lot. My sister in law helped me loafs as, couldn't deal with paperwork and interaction with Solicitors at times.

Brilliant, from reception desk to solicitor. Highly recommended
Friendly staff throughout which makes the whole experience so much easier, fantastic prompt communication.
We would recommend Frettens to friends and family definitely, they’ve been excellent throughout in a relaxed, professional and helpful way.

Excellent service throughout!
I had used Frettens previously in order to produce a will. I used them this time with my ex wife to sell our current property and to act for myself when buying my new home. I would have no hesitation in recommending them, as their service was excellent.
