I instructed Frettens for the sale of my previous property and the purchase of my new home. It was a long and time consuming process due to the chain involved, but Tahnee and Cheryl were helpful and knowledgeable throughout and made the whole process less daunting. Highly recommend!

A really good service

Excellent service!
I used Frettens to handle both the sale of my ex wife’s and my house. I also used them to handle the purchase of my new property. The whole package was dealt with in a very professional manner, and I would like to give a special thank you to Cheryl, who dealt with all of the inevitable pitfalls in a very calm and efficient manner. Great service
Selling my property was recommended the firm by the estate agents. Had to deal with the buyers online solicitors which was a struggle. Tahnee was always prompt in replying and chasing, very much appreciated

Great service
I had a difficult sales process with my property and Frettens were professional, helpful and friendly throughout.
They take the time to explain things thoroughly in terms you can understand, which made the whole process for me less intimidating and manageable.
