    Title speaks for itself. Frettens helped to expedite a new purchase in just a month. We offered on a house in first week of April and we turned the key in our new house during the first week of May.     I used Frettens for a property sale and purchase and I cannot fault the service received. Natalie was informative and polite and always ensured I was updated throughout the entire process. I found Frettens to be organised and always answered any enquiry’s in a prompt manor. I would use frettens again and would recommend them to anyone.     I definitely recommend Frettens

    Frettens looked after me well and I recommend them without hesitation. The conveyancing for my property purchase was not straightforward but at all times I was quickly informed about any development, given good advice and clear answers to my questions. All the staff were open and friendly. I do wonder though if Frettens could have been more proactive, chasing information instead of waiting for it to arrive.

    I recently sold and purchased a property and instructed Frettens as my conveyencers. My experience was seamless, fast and friendly from start to finish. Natalie, Jade and the team were super helpful and put up with my often silly questions and were always happy to explain things to us. I would highly reccomend Frettens Christchurch, after using a condesending/rude solicitor in the past Frettens was a breath of fresh air.

    Used Frettens when purchasing a property and managed to get the whole process completed in just under 2 months. We had Natalie and Kym who looked after us, but Sophie took over at the end due to annual leave. Overall we were satisfied but did have issues with wrong email addresses / surnames / deposit amounts and more on legal documentation which was apologised for by the solicitors when raised. The most positive thing about Frettens is the size of the team, when one is away another can take over which you can't always get in a small firm. I'm sure we'll use them again in the future.
