As an Executor there is only so much you know about the property being sold . I was confident to answer ‘don’t know’ to some of the questions after clear advice given to me . I always knew where we were in the process and communication between Jade and myself was always helpful and prompt . The actual timescale of engaging you to completion was excellent .

Skin of teeth house move!

Professional and friendly
Jade was great throughout the sale of the property. She explained what was happening at each step of the sale and kept us fully informed at all times. She always responded quickly to any questions we had and our emails were always replied to promptly.

Easy to deal with, responsive
Frettens acted in the sale of my late father's house. From the get go they were professional and responsive and continued in that vein throughout the transaction which went very smoothly despite quite lengthy delays caused by the purchaser. They were not the cheapest quote but we felt money well spent.

Amazing service
