Used Frettens when purchasing a property and managed to get the whole process completed in just under 2 months. We had Natalie and Kym who looked after us, but Sophie took over at the end due to annual leave. Overall we were satisfied but did have issues with wrong email addresses / surnames / deposit amounts and more on legal documentation which was apologised for by the solicitors when raised. The most positive thing about Frettens is the size of the team, when one is away another can take over which you can't always get in a small firm. I'm sure we'll use them again in the future.

Friendly and efficient receptionists.
Two solicitors I dealt with were friendly and helpful. I felt comfortable.

Great Team
Had a very good conveyancing experience purchasing a flat using Frettens LLP. Natalie and Kym were responsive and proactive, which is exactly what I needed.

No problems. No problems.
My son and I can confirm our sale and my purchase were handled efficiently and with no problems.
However it was a little disconcerting to have three persons acting with two working from home. On reflection this did not affect the outcome.

Property purchases
I have used Frettens for a few years and several property sales and purchases and on each occasion they have been an incredible support and very straight forward to deal with. I find their method of communication clear, prompt and friendly. And whenever I need to pick up the phone, there is always someone to help. Even when things can get tricky and testing. I highly recommend Frettens.
