The two team members assisgned - one to the purchase and one to the sale, were an absolute pleasure to work with. Both provided confidence in their knowledge and their handling of the process. I felt both team members never lost sight of the fact that I was the client and worked hard to achieve the outcomes, within the constraints of what is needed and, to ensure eveything was conducted in the appropriate way. Laura worked fast and efficiently to support the purchase, which was under some time pressure. Shelley managed the purchase and where the buyer was applying relentess pressure to exchange she controlled this well. I would have no hesitation in recommending both Laura and Shelley and I would certainly engage Frettens in the future.

A bit aloof to begin with, took a bit of time to build a rapport with our solicitor. To us, in business, the client/professional rapport is crucial. However, once the process got going and the pressure increased regarding the sale and antics further down the chain, we felt our solicitor really stepped up to do everything she could to help us with excellent and reliable communication too.
