The two team members assisgned - one to the purchase and one to the sale, were an absolute pleasure to work with. Both provided confidence in their knowledge and their handling of the process. I felt both team members never lost sight of the fact that I was the client and worked hard to achieve the outcomes, within the constraints of what is needed and, to ensure eveything was conducted in the appropriate way. Laura worked fast and efficiently to support the purchase, which was under some time pressure. Shelley managed the purchase and where the buyer was applying relentess pressure to exchange she controlled this well. I would have no hesitation in recommending both Laura and Shelley and I would certainly engage Frettens in the future.

First time buyer
I am a first time home buyer & Frettens Solicitors (Laura Mabin) made my experience a very positive one with excellent communication throughout. It is a very stressful time & the reassuring presence of experienced & competent solicitors made it a lot easier. I would certainly recommend anyone in a similar position to use them.

Efficient

Exceptional service and personable.
Laura and Shelley were great! A few hiccups to start with, but that the joy of dealing with other solicitors who are not local and recommenced by a non local financial advisor. Both stepped up hugely when we needed the and pulled off an exchange and completion in 4 week! Huge thanks ladies, we are now in our dream home which could have easily not happened without you!

Excellent service
Laura was utterly brilliant over the 8months it took for me to buy my property. She had an incredible eye for detail and managed to be the driving force amongst the other parties involved to resolve the outstanding issues & challenges we came up against. She was professional & very easy to speak to.
Shelly handled my the sale of my property (twice!) in an incredibly time efficient manner & was also always on hand to speak to/answer my questions if Laura was not available, they were a brilliant team!
Everyone/anyone I spoke to at Frettens were very friendly & welcoming.

Professional and efficient service
The whole team at Frettens have been a pleasure to deal with on our house purchase. From the beginning everything about the purchase has been clearly explained with Laura and Shelley being proactive in keeping us up to date.
We needed to move from offer acceptance to completion in under four weeks and just before Christmas so the pressure was on for everyone involved. There were some unexpected issues during the searches and Laura worked hard and diligently to ensure these were resolved within the tight time frame.
A quick mention for Clare who stepped in seamlessly to deal with the final issue and getting our exchange done.
Overall a first class service, thank you!

Great service
So much more personal than the large conveyancing companies that someone online estate agents recommend, it was nice to receive a card from them when we moved in.
