Phoebe Gamble was incredible throughout this process. Always quick to respond and very efficient.

Outstanding
Phoebe and Julia were so amazing from start to finish. We had such a complicated selling/buying situation that was no issue for them at all. If it hadn’t have been for their hard work we wouldn’t be moving into our lovely new home. Outstanding service right from the start. Thank you so much!

Excellent and efficient
Phoebe at frettens has been 1st class in energy possible way .
Friendly at all times replied to emails efficiently, she gave us a good understanding of the process and all over we had a fast sell and purchase . Thank you frettens will highly recommend to friends and family .

Purchase of a flat
I used Frettens for purchasing a flat in Bournemouth. Julia Gaunt was my lawyer and Phoebe Gamble was also involved in the process. The service I got was excellent. They were very efficient and quick to respond to all my enquiries. The purchasing process was explained well, and I had a few previous properties that didn't go to completion, but I was confident that Frettens were the right solicitors to get me to completion in the end! I would highly recommend Frettens to anyone else who is looking for a conveyancing solicitor. Many thanks to Julia and the team.

Smooth Purchase and Sale: Excellent Service from Frettens
Julia and Phoebe were excellent in efficiently completing the conveyancing process for our purchase. They also managed the sale of our old property well, striving to finalize it as quickly as possible before the stamp duty increase. I would use Frettens again and recommend them to friends.

So happy we chose Frettens!
Julia & Phoebe done an excellent job, kept us in the loop at all times and explained to us each step as we are first time buyers.
All paperwork was clear and easy to do.
They were always happy to help either on the phone, in person or via email.
I couldn’t fault the experience, and our completion came round super quickly.

Definitely recommend Frettens.
Very speedy, efficient and thorough conveyance performed for us. Definitely the best solicitor around. Our main contact was Julia Gaunt and I cannot praise her highly enough.
