Exceptional knowledge and customer service
I have been dealing with Frettens Solcitors for some 2 years and have found them to be first class in both their knowledge and expertise. Their response time is excellent providing a friendly, fast and efficient service enabling us to be kept fully informed and aware of progress.
I have direct contact with my solicitor who has always been on hand to provide timely responses. In my opinion, I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Excellent Advice and Service
I have used Frettens for a number of years for both Commercial and Private (Wills) work. The Team have consistently provided excellent legal advice and service. They work in a professional, pragmatic manner with the clients interests always in focus.

Poor service, lack of advice and any aftercare
Fretterns carried out a commercial business rental agreemnt.
The initial service was carried out by Ben and was completley undwhelming. Ben needed constant chasing and lacked attention to detail.
Further tot his, we required further clarification and advice after his initial service which he flatly refused to offer.
My advice, only use Fretterns if you want a slow service, with little attention to detail and with no future help or advice on the services they have provided.

Charles, We are disappointed you felt the need to leave a review of this nature after your recent discussions with us. To clarify: - We initially acted for you and completed your commercial lease over a year ago. - When you contacted us last week, you were advised we did not have the capacity to act for you. This was not a case of us providing "further clarification and advice on the initial service". - Your enquiry was of an urgent nature and we will not take on work that we do not have the time or capacity to complete to our high standards. - On your commercial lease, the overwhelming majority of your queries, calls and emails were answers immediately. At no point were any left more than a working day without response. We understand you were disappointed we were unable to act for you again and wish you all the best.

Sale of commercial property
I was recommended to use Frettens for the sale of our commercial property and found them to be excellent throughout the process. They were diligent, informative and very helpful. They always answered my questions and queries promptly and I would certainly recommend them.

Highly responsive yet also proactive
In what has been a quite unique year for us with every changing circumstances we have found Frettens to be highly responsive yet also proactive with their support. Both Ben and Oonagh have been accessible, competent and organised. Given the service received so far we would highly recommend Frettens and will continue to use the team for all of our group companies going forward.

They go above and beyond

Proactive and responsive
Ben and his team have assisted the housing association with a number of large projects over the past couple of years often within tight timescales. We have found him to be proactive, responsive and he regularly goes above and beyond in providing us with an exceptional service.

Ben was very approachable
When I phoned the office initially Ben was very approachable and recalled details of a lease which he had given advice 2 years ago. His response on this occasion was efficient and timely. The feedback and advice given was easy for me to understand and, subsequently incorporate into the document in question.
