I very rarely post a Review but, another excellent experience in late 2021, in difficult circumstances, has prompted me to do so. Over the whole of the last 10 years, Clare Hallett & her Conveyancing Team have, without fail, provided exceptional Customer Service every time we have Purchased or Sold our Properties. Great knowledge & expertise, effective communication at all times, nothing too much trouble &, excellent professionalism. I can very highly recommend Clare & the Team.
I can also recommend Lee Young &, his Team who have also provided excellent Service & expertise for our Wills, Power of Attorney & Tax discussions.

Fantastic company
The team at Frettens made the moving house process far less stressed. We had full faith in them as their regular communication with us was friendly, clear and reassuring. Will be very happy to return to Frettens in the future!

House sale and Cottage with land purchase
Clare took over our house sale and cottage/land purchase at short notice. Clare worked solidly on several title deeds, she clearly explained procedures and answered our numerous queries. Clare ensured we exchanged and completed within our buyers 6 day timeframe. We are enormously grateful.

First time buyers
Frettons were amazing! We are first time buyers and they explained everything so clearly every step of the way. They had brilliant communication throughout and worked quickly. Zoe and Clare were both friendly, professional and approachable. We wouldn’t hesitate in using frettons again .

Top-Notch Conveyancing
Working with Clare Hallett and the team at Frettens has been fantastic. Throughout the journey of selling our home and buying a new, Clare has been on-hand to answer any questions we have, and has explained everything in a clear and easy to understand way. From the outset, Clare was quick to responds and availiable to speak whenever needed, which has reduced stress and made the processes so much easier. Just prior to exchange of contract, we had some complications and Clare's colleagues, Jennifer and Zoe, stepped in and continued to provide us with an outstanding service. We're truly grateful for the service that's been provided and the only downside is that we probably won't need to use the Fretten's conveyancing for some time, as we'll be in our new home for the foreseeable! Thank you to Clare and your team, it's been a true pleasure working with you!

Conveyancing
I have received an excellent conveyancing service for a slightly more complicated transaction than standard. Clare full under requirements from my initial brief and provided a clear statement of the work needed and a full estimate of the cost. Zoe has always responded quickly and efficiently, been ready to answer the questions I have had, and has used her own professionalism and initiative to look after my interests in executing the transaction. I am very impressed with the quality of service provided by Frettens.

Brilliant
Frettons we’re brilliant, so helpful and 100% professional, nothing was too much trouble. All queries were answered promptly and explained carefully. Legal jargon can sometimes be bewildering to the lay person but this was not a problem. Would highly recommend this company and their friendly staff.
