I turned to Poole Alcock to assist in an employment matter requiring urgent attention and resolution. I found the process from start to finish to be highly professional. Everybody I spoke to understood my issue fully, and wanted to help, even if it was just to pass a message along.
I instructed Jamie Riseley, Partner - Business Services, and found that he kept things straightforward, provided realistic and pragmatic guidance and set reasonable expectations. Legal terms were fully explained. For a difficult employment matter, I was made to feel supported which was greatly appreciated!
