Fantastic conveyancing

Leah was an absolute star. Everything was dealt with quickly and efficiently. We were selling an older property and buying a new build. We had some complications with our property sale but felt that Leah was really supportive and proactive in solving the issues our buyer raised. We really appreciate the work she did. Due to purchasing a new build we had a tight deadline to work to and the whole process only took 3 months from instruction to completion! This was achieved due to the hard work and proactive approach taken by our solicitor. We would highly recommend.

Gemma and Cerys did the conveyancing for the purchase of our house and they were absolutely brilliant. You hear so many horror stories about solicitors and the conveyancing process and we could not have had a more different experience! Communication was so quick, emails were responded to within minutes and they proactively reached out with updates throughout the process. We’ll use them again when we come to sell / buy again without question. Thank you!
