Yitendra’s practice covers all aspects of residential Conveyancing including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity and bridging matters. Additionally, he has experience in both, freehold and leasehold transactions, help to buy and new build as well as working on shared ownership schemes. Yitendra has also gained experience in dealing with lease extension claims. EXPERIENCE HIGHLIGHTS Yitendra qualified as a Licensed Conveyancer in August 2012 and was appointed Director and Head of Conveyancing in July 2013. Yitendra was also Head Conveyancer at a reginal firm where he managed the firm’s Conveyancing team and worked on complex transactions whilst playing an intrinsic role in the growth of the firms London presence. In 2019 Yitendra successfully also completed the Council of Licensed Conveyancers Probate Practitioners course allowing him to practice Wills and Probate work.
