I am a senior solicitor with 16 years’ experience in dispute resolution, some 13 years of which have specialised in contentious probate, including 1975 Act claims for provision to be made from a deceased Estate, Will and Estate disputes, disputes regarding the validity lifetime gifts, raising proprietary estoppels and resolving disputes involving Executors, Trustees, Beneficiaries and Attorneys.I am personable, approachable and very supportive of clients during what is often a very emotional time, particularly when they have lost a loved one and find themselves locked in a dispute relating to the Estate. I represent my client’s interests with tenacity, whilst also endeavouring to assist them to resolve disputes at their earliest opportunity in order to limit the distress that litigation often causes and to conserve legal costs.
