It was something I knew I should do but had put off for some time. The solicitor made the whole experience much less stressful than I expected. She listened carefully to what I wanted, made helpful suggestions and completed the work quickly and efficiently.

During a rather lengthy period of time to sell my father's bungalow which was due to me having to withdraw the sale as my father passed away and then waiting for Grant of Probate Jan was really helpful in assisting us to come to a successful conclusion.There were some frustrating times with other parties but Jan steered us through them.
