Svitlana Shlapak helped me very much with my visa. I applied for the Ukrainian scheme but after 4 months I still did not have my BRP. They later said that they were leaning towards a refusal and that is why I didn’t get my BRP yet. Svitlana helped me chase them with all the relevant documents and soon after I got my BRP.
She was very professional and very helpful!

Svitlana Shlapak helped both me and my family very much, her ingenuity allowed us to apply for an immigration scheme which soon after was cancelled, luckily we were quick enough. We were very lucky to find her. She was very knowledgeable and helpful at every step.

I had a great opportunity to work with this extremely talented person. Svitlana Shlapak is an excellent specialist in her field but not only that, she is a wonderful person inside and out. Great firm! Excellent service! Knowledgeable solicitor Svitlana Shlapak!
I asked Svitlana for help in order to get brp which I couldn’t get for 5 months. Thanks to her work and high professionalism, getting my brp was fast and successful. Svitlana is very responsive to her clients’ needs and deeply cares about those she helps. When dealing with my case, Svitlana stayed in touch with me on a regular basis, explaining what she does and updating me on all the developments. She always answered all my questions and explained very clearly all aspects of the application.
I’m very grateful to Svitlana Shlapak for the help and highly recommend her service as a real professional and just a very good and intelligent person.

I am grateful and thankful to Svitlana for helping me and guiding me comprehensively in the matter of applying for a Dependent Relative Visa and follow-on Pre-settled Status Application for my mother. She was easy to communicate with, easy to understand, thorough and meticulous in her work and ready to go the extra mile for a client despite adverse conditions and working on a deadline and at short notice.
I am also a fan of the weekly newsletters she publishes every Friday in addition to courses she has for advising and guiding people to prepare properly and apply for basic immigration matters without having to spend excessive amount on legal help.
I found Svitlana to be knowledgeable, clear and concise with her instructions, punctual with timelines and a good at communicating, planning and implementing visa/immigration applications.
I would gladly recommend her as a solicitor for any immigration issues.
