What a Joke!! Complete Trash Solicitors!!

Highly dishonest, irresponsible and unprofessional people. They are more interested in getting your money in whatever indecent and unlawful way they can than doing any meaningful legal work for you. Be very careful with them. They have no up-to-date legal knowledge in handling cases and are generally clueless. I am sure that "Dr Mansouri" is nothing other than a self-acclaimed "Dr"!! His knowledge on legal issues is nothing beyond what one can easily obtain by a basic search on the internet. These people always bringing irrelevant excuses to delay things and to get more and more money from clients. Their great strength is definitely in producing fake, doggy and questionable bills and claim they have done huge work for you!! But in reality you are not making any progress with them. They do not answer phone calls or emails message. They are completely irresponsible. I rank my experience with this firm as very very disappointing. They have a very very poor quality of customer service and work and I do not consider them recommendable under any circumstance.

AVOID THESE UNPROFESSIONALS

Terrible experience with this firm. Highly unprofessional and indecent people. Only geared to take your money. These people are total cons and delete the negative reviews wherever they can or else create fake excuses and stories to discredit the genuine negative reviews. So if you want to consider these indecent people do a wider search.

Worst Solicitor Firm in the UK

By any standards this is the worst solicitor firm in the UK you can imagine. Their working standards are so poor and the quality of their legal knowledge is zero! Even worse their customer service is absolutely rubbish. They try to give you a good impression in the introductory session to get your money. After that they completely change. They don’t do anything meaningful for you and you are left mistreated and cheated. They never answer phone calls or emails. Mr Mansouri, Abraham and Sebastian are a bunch of greedy and indecent charlatans that have no moral values. Avoid this rubbish firm and get your legal work whatever it is elsewhere if you want it done and in reasonable time.

Poor Conduct and Poor Service

Very poor service quality. Lack of engagement for extensive and long periods of time. Wasting time and money. Very rude and ignorant towards clients. Zero customer service quality. All in all I am very disappointed with this firm. One piece of advice: be very careful with the bills they send you as they regularly (and deliberately) contain false, questionable and unjustified items.

Poorest Imaginable Legal Service in UK

An extremely poor service to answer the question. In fact I would say my experience with this solicitor firm is that they are totally con people. They are very inefficient and indecent people. Mansouri and sons is a fake firm consisting of a group of charlatans that have no working ethics, legal knowledge of quality or any customer service skills whatsoever. They make fake promises and working plans for you in the introduction session to get your money. After you pay them the money you see their true face!! They completely change and all the promises and set plans disappear. They deliberately prolong the process by going round useless and vicious circles just to get more money from you. They do not answer to your emails, messages or phone calls and completely ignore your case for months and months. They later threaten that any emails and phone calls will be highly billed and later create fake and highly questionable bills with so many irrelevant and non-existing items. They are supposed to follow the SRA code of practice but they do not. They are a firm of con and indecent people. My suggestion to anyone wanting to use these firm for legal cases is to think twice and AVOID them. They have poor service quality, are irresponsible and are simply useless and indecent.

Absolute zero quality and zero professionalism AVOID

I had a very bad experience with these people. It was in a particularly difficult stage of my life and these solicitor firm added more to my headaches and complications by being so greedy, unprofessional and having such a low and poor working standards. Only the introduction consultation went well. They tried to impress me with very high standards, promises and full focus and achievements and professionalism. After getting the money they completely changed. They did not fulfil any of their promises and did not follow any of the procedures and plans they had promised and just wasted time with irrelevant circular steps and suggestions to get more and more money. They ignored the case for long periods and worse did not answer emails or phone calls or messages. I am surprised such a firm can work in UK where one naturally expects quality and standards are of an acceptable level. This firm has absolutely below standard customer service. They make up bills out of nothing for huge costs with highly false, inappropriate and fake items. These people are not trustworthy and have no quality, integrity or working standards. Avoid them all together and take your job to a decent solicitor firm. Mansouri and sons only rub you off your money and after six months you are still at the same place you started. I have complained to the legal ombudsman and SRA and suggest anyone who has been deceived by these people to do the same too.

AVOID these Charlatans

Working with Mansouri and son was the worst legal experience I have ever had in my professional life. In the introductory session they pretend to be very decent and professional solicitors. But after getting your money everything changes! Not only I didn't get a professional, respectable and fulfilling service but on the contrary I was rubbed by these unprofessional insensitive firm (Mansouri, Abraham and Sebastian) of so much money. They make fake bills for you for whatever vague and highly questionable reasons you can imagine! They have a very very poor customer service. They never answer emails or phone calls. They really do not make plans for working on your case. They deliberately propose things that are time consuming and time wasting just to get more money out of you!! At the end you realise that they haven't done ANYTHING for you, you have lost a lot of time and money and you are still in square one.

very happy with the result

I have been in court for the past 3 years with my wife battling over absolutely everything - she even stopped me from seeing my kids and kicked me out of my own house and made false allegations to the police - I tried two other solicitors before I found Dr Mansouri and I can say without doubt that he did more for me in 7 months than all the others did in 2.5 years and he charged me 70% less than they did too - I now have my kids living with me 7 nights a fortnight, I have my own house back and she has had to move out and the police dropped all the charges against me because my lawyers proved she lied - I will never forget the help and I recommend Dr Mansouri to anyone who wants a hands on lawyer

thank you

after a long 4 year battle with my partner - my solicitors were able to convince the Judge of the truth - the judgement came through literally on new years eve and now I get the whole of the house, plus the savings and the children get to continue living with me at our home and on top of it my solicitors also got me a costs order that my partner has to pay 70% of my costs - all in all a great end to a difficult chapter in my life and a whole new start for 2019 - all the best
